Account Statements and Access
As a Lone Star account holder you get quarterly statements based on your quarter.
You may access your account night or day through our online service, or, during our normal operating hours, you can always call us and speak to a real person, either an account manager or customer service representative.
Our secure website lets you:
Request forms to update account information
Make deposits and withdrawals by wire transfer or ACH settlement
Get current rates, daily allocation factors, and the latest market rates and updates
Set up vendor payments from your account
Print transaction confirmations, account balances, and the latest yields
Check your latest investment and available balances, as well as previous transactions
Request statements at the end of each month or quarter
