Account statements and access
As a Lone Star account holder you get quarterly statements based on your quarter.
You may access your account night or day through our online service, or you can always call us and speak to a real person during our normal operating hours.
Our secure website lets you:
- Request forms to update account information
- Make deposits and withdrawals by wire transfer or ACH settlement
- Get current rates, daily allocation factors, and the latest market rates and updates
- Set up vendor payments from your account
- Print transaction confirmations, account balances, and the latest yields
- Check your latest investment and available balances, as well as previous transactions
- Request statements at the end of each month or quarter

- Make deposits and withdrawals
- View and print account balances, the latest yields, and market information
- Print transaction confirmations and month-end reports
You are welcome to set up transactions in advance, as long as we receive your request before 4 p.m. CST on the business day before your desired payment date. You're even able to do same-day wire transactions, if we receive your request by 3 p.m. CST.
Online vendor payments
The site also gives you the ability to pay vendors directly from your Lone Star accounts. This service saves money and time: you earn interest on the funds right up to the day the payment is due, and you process fewer checks each month. Pay vendors simply by selecting their names from a list and entering the payment amounts and due dates.
