If you seek to get the most flexibility and investment value from your bond proceeds, consider taking advantage of our Bond Proceeds Management Program.
In its most basic form, the program makes it easier to invest and monitor your proceeds. And, if you invest 100 percent of your proceeds in the Lone Star Investment Pool, we help you address reporting, arbitrage, and vendor-payment issues—saving you time, money, and headaches.
Reporting Service
Lone Star can provide you with a personalized quarterly report including:

All account transactions occurring during the quarter

Interest payments during the quarter

Interest earned to date on the account
If you choose to pay contractors through our direct payment service, we also will give you a contractor-by-contractor quarterly report showing the date and amount of each payment made to a contractor since the bond issue began.
In addition, we will present you with a report annually and a summary at the end of the bond program.
Contractor and Vendor Payment Service
As a Lone Star Investment Pool client you can pay any number of contractors directly from your account by using our interactive voice response phone system or Web site. Set up payments far in advance or last-minute—as late as 4 p.m. CST on the business day before the payment date you desire.
To activate your Direct Vendor Payment option, please complete and return the Vendor Payment Form included in the Lone Star Investment Pool Information Statement and Enrollment Book (pdf) and return it to:
