INVESTMENT CONSULTANT
An Austin based broker-dealer specializing in the local government arena, is currently seeking a customer service professional with experience in customer call center and mutual fund investments.
This position will be responsible for:

Take and receive “in-bound and out-bound” customer phone calls

Process securities orders
-
Manage shareholder accounting
-
Resolve customer problems
Candidate must possess:
-
One to two years of mutual fund or brokerage (customer service) call center experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher
-
Series 6 license
-
Computer Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
