William Mastrodicasa, Chief Compliance Officer
Bill Mastrodicasa is an expert in securities regulation and has been a leader for several major financial firms since 1993. Before joining the First Public team, Bill was president and chief compliance officer for Patagon.com Securities Corp., part of Banco Santander. He also was president of electronic brokerage services at The R.J. Forbes Group, Inc. and led operations and compliance at Waterhouse Asset Management, part of TD Waterhouse.
